Sekinat (Seki) is a licensed general contractor with years of experience and expertise. As a teenager, she supervised and built homes after graduating from high school.<\/p>

Her passion not only includes the construction of new homes but also the reconstruction, renovation, and remodeling of old homes, bringing the past to merge with the present seamlessly and tastefully.<\/p>

Seki is the primary point of contact between homeowners and the subcontractors. She is known for attention to detail and cost consciousness, always driven to provide the best standards at the least cost to her \u201cfriends\u201d, family- the client.<\/p>

Seki built her dream home from a forested lot to a creative edifice on Brown Summit, where she lives with her family. She has a passion for architecture and loves travelling.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

George is a licensed general contractor who has been working as a contractor for over five decades. He has been involved in road construction, the construction of bridges, and skyscrapers.<\/p>

George brings to the organization a wide knowledge of Engineering and Science creativity in making the organization one of its kind.<\/p>

George is equally an accountant and harnesses this knowledge in coordinating our clients with Lenders, Realtors, Design Engineers, and a wide range of interfacing contacts.<\/p>

George is the silent force in Seki\u2019s motivation in driving Equity-4-House to be the best concept today for those who desire the BEST AT THE LEAST COST.<\/p>

Our company is established to help homeowners retain Equity in their Home after completion. E4H will make sure you have at least 10% to 20% CASH BACK.<\/p>
